Today start a Youtube channel just for this exercise. For the next 21 days make a video everyday.

It doesn’t matter what the topic is about, just get comfortable seeing yourself on video and getting comfortable talking on video.

Do this every single day for 21 days to create a habit. By the end of the 21 days it will be as simple as brushing your teeth and you will be amazed how good you sound  by the end of the 21 days.

I still have my first Youtube video on my channel and I keep it there to show people how far I’ve come in my journey. Most people say it’s easy for you because you speak well.

Wrong!!!!


I learned and developed my speaking voice from lots of practice and you can do the same.

You can even make the videos unlisted so nobody see’s them, but the important part is creating a habit and getting comfortable on video.
